All your transactions recorded in Xero and up to date weekly - so you always know where you are
Digital copies of your paperwork sorted and stored and attached to each transaction within Xero - in case HMRC want to take a look
Free Dext app for sending us your paperwork on the go using your smartphone - so no more lost receipts and overpaying tax
Free TripCatcher app to record your business mileage - so you’re claiming your tax-free 45p per mile allowance
Monthly income and spend report - so you can see where your money is coming from and going to
Not Included in the Price
Xero software subscription - this would usually be in your name and paid by you directly to Xero
Bringing your historical financial data into Xero from your old accounting system - but we can quote separately for this if it’s required
Additional charges for chasing up paperwork that hasn’t been sent to us on time - sometimes we do have to use ‘the stick’ when ‘the carrot’ stops working :)
